What is the 5 PHASES THERAPY

The 5 phases therapy is based on a conceptual approach. It starts by improving the motivation level first so the person becomes more determined to get over the problem. Once this is established, then the client, through specific strategies, starts making peace with the past, reframing the ways he used to see the past and through it his present life and his future.
This then is flowed by a process of eliminating negative emotions and thoughts coming from and towards others , making peace with himself, and then signing a new contract with new terms and conditions with himself in order to reach his targets.
